Everything was simply great. We were in a particularly good location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Kodamaishi. It was in a lovely area, walk from a bus stop. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was spacious.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay! The owners were so friendly and helpful, and the house was adorable. Loved being in the countryside along the old Nakasendo. The room was cozy and the beds were super comfy. And the best part? The delicious New Year's dinner! Every dish was better than the last. , loved that they offered tea time and little snacks. Such a great experience!

The rooms at Guest House Motomiya are great! They have air conditioning and free WiFi, which is a big plus for me. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax in the seating area. I also enjoyed watching shows on the flat-screen TV.

Personally, I found the shared bathroom to be a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that some people might not mind it and still enjoy their stay.
